General information

Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is a territory with a preferential regime of business activity, where the procedure of a free customs zone can be applied.

SEZ 'Novosibirsk' is the first industrial-type special economic zone in the Novosibirsk Region. The territory received its official status in 2025 in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 290 dated March 7, 2025.

Transport accessibility

                            The territory of the SEZ is located at the intersection of the most important transport arteries in close proximity to Tolmachevo International Airport, the largest air hub in the Urals.

                            Sibirskiy Transport and Logistics Center is the logistics core of the Novosibirsk Special Economic Zone, this allows the SEZ residents receive a full range of logistics services under special conditions.

Infrastructure

The SEZ has a full range of necessary engineering and road transport infrastructure.

Resident's portrait

• Individual entrepreneurs and commercial organizations

• 120 million rubles — minimum investment amount

• Registration of a legal entity in the Kochenevsky District of the Novosibirsk Region (the municipality where the SEZ is located)

• Not to have branches and representative offices outside the SEZ

• Not less than 2/3 of the investment volume within 3 years from the date of conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of activities
